SIM Card Provision & SIM Management Platform
Tender ID: 614720
Tender Details
Tender Description
Safety Link is a division of Grampians Health that provides Personal Emergency Response Service (PERS) monitoring to clients across Australia.
This service is delivered through PERS alarm devices that utilise physical SIM cards to:
- Transmit emergency signals via IP data connections
- Enable two-way call-back through the PERS alarm
- Support remote configuration, updating, and logging
- Establish secure cloud connectivity
Safety Link is reviewing its current and future requirements for machine-to-machine (M2M) connectivity to support its PERS alarm fleet and any planned deployments.
As part of this review, Safety Link is seeking to better understand the market capabilities for M2M SIM connectivity and SIM management platforms (SMPs). It is essential that proposed solutions can support the migration/import of the existing SIM card fleet from multiple carriers, as well as enable the ongoing provisioning of new physical SIM cards.
This Request for Information (RFI) is intended to gather information from suitably qualified suppliers who can provide resilient, scalable, and secure M2M connectivity solutions aligned with Safety Link’s operational service needs.
