Tender Description
Council requires the service of a suitably qualified contractor to carry out construction work to convert approximatly 50% of the ground floor of the Keilor Municipal Office.
The work will comprise demolition and refurbishment work to convert part of the existing facility into a:
* Library,
* Customer service area,
* Community meeting rooms, and an
* Art teaching space.
Mandatory Site Inspection
A tender briefing and on-site inspection will be conducted on Wednesday 30 March 2016 commencing at 10am at Keilor Municipal Offices 704B Old Calder Highway, Keilor.
The on-site inspection is to provide contractors adequate opportunity to inspect the site and gather information for the purposes of pricing. Please refer to section 1 tendering conditions.
