HealthShare NSW on behalf of South Eastern Sydney Local Health District (SESLHD) invites companies, organisations, or consortia to submit a Proposal for the opportunity to refurbish and operate select retail food and beverage outlets and other outlets and services at the St George Hospital.

The Successful Proponent will be required to fund the refurbishment and install the necessary equipment to operate the service(s). Designated areas have been made available at the St George Hospital. As part of the redevelopment, additional retail space has been allocated at the main entrance of the Hospital (Gray Street) and in the atrium on level 1.

It is presently the intention (and preference) of SESLHD to offer a "head lease" to that party best able to meet the retail and service needs identified. However, some individual leasing may also be appropriate. The Successful Proponent will be required to enter into a commercial arrangement for a period of five years (5) years from the commencement date with an option to extend for up to five (5) years.

The Successful Proponent will provide retail food and beverage services in accordance with the Living - Life Well NSW Health policy. It is intended that services provided will complement the public hospital network.
