Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Provision of a Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) Solution for Libraries - 510441
Brisbane City Council is seeking Proposals for the provision of an RFID Solution for Libraries.
Council is seeking to use this RFP to establish a Preferred Supplier Arrangement. Under this arrangement, Council will enter into a Contract with the successful Tenderer. The Contract will be for an Initial Term of approximately three years and a Maximum Term of approximately five years.
The details as to how such Contracts are to operate and any such extension is to be granted are contained in the attached Contract in Part 4 of this RFP.
The planned timeframes for this tender are:
* Tender released to market: 29/2/2016
* Tender closing date: 30/3/2016
* Evaluation complete: 13/5/2016
* Contract commencement: 1/7/2016
