Warburton Yarra River Embankment Works - Area 2

⁠⁠⁠The Yarra Ranges Shire Council, ABN 21 973 226 012 (‘the Principal’) invites tenders from suitably experienced parties for the Warburton Yarra River Embankment Works -Area 2 (‘the Works’), (Melways Ref Map 290 A4).

Tenderers are advised that the project must be completed by no later than 30 June 2016.

Tender submissions must be received by the TENDER CLOSING TIME or as otherwise changed by addenda.

Tender submissions received late or by any other means than via the e-tendering portal will not be accepted unless agreed to in writing (via email or letter) by Council’s Procurement Services prior to the tender closing time as per the Conditions of Tender document enclosed. A Pre-tender meeting will be held at Thomas Street Warburton (rear of 3399 Warburton Highway, Warburton) at 09.30am 11 March 2016 . A site inspection of the existing facility will be conducted prior to the meeting. Tenderers are strongly advised to attend and should indicate their intention to do so by contacting Leon Hassall (email: l.hassall@yarraranges.vic.gov.au) with details of proposed attendees.

Melbourne Water Approved/Certified Contractor - tenderers are required to be approved Contractors, or engage approved contractors, of Melbourne Water. Proof is required.

Insurance - tenderers must provide copies of requested certificates of currency to verify existence of insurance policies.

OH&S - tenderers must provide copies of requested certificates, evidence and systems to verify existence of their OH&S system and facilitate assessment and approval by Council’s Risk Management Department.
