Yarra Valley Water (YVW) has decided to install a packaged secondary chlorinator at Craigieburn Reservoir WRS062. This is in response to a history of low chlorine residuals in the Craigieburn Reservoir Distribution Zone during summer periods.
This packaged secondary chlorinator is going to be a stand-alone structure located at the Craigieburn Reservoir site at 145 Bridgewater Road, Craigieburn, Victoria 3064.
The chlorinator unit will be completely separate to the existing pump station building at the site.
