The tender is for the Construction of the North Turramurra Recreation Area Sportsfield Amenities Building and Golf cart storage area. The construction areas within the project comprise:-
* Fully Enclosed Covered Area of 347m2,
* Gross Floor Area of 523m2 and Vehicular Pathway of 130m2.

The buildings will house two sports field change rooms, first aid, referees room, cleaner's room, three storerooms, public toilet facilities and a separate Golf cart storage building and includes associated vehicular pathway connecting the buildings and adjacent sports fields currently under construction. The site is in a public golf course and sports fields that are to be retained as open to the public at all times during the works. For this reason the site area and any stockpiles of materials etc will require secure fencing to ensure public safety and prevent access.
