Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The provision of a quality assured contract for the Reta Matthews Tennis Court Upgrade, Stage 1, Ferntree Gully, involving the following: removal of brick edging (162m) earthworks (320m.m) imported structural clay fill (205m.mm) 100mm diam slotted UPVC subsurface drains (340m) concrete plinth (164m) removal of existing fencing (440m) tennis court fencing (165m) tennis court paving (en-tour-cas) design and installation of low level tennis court lighting and associated works.

Tenderers for this project are to be prequalified with the Civil Contractors Federation or Council approved equivalent.

Tenderers should note this contract will be for a period of ten (10) weeks.

A compulsory pre-tender meeting will be held at the Knox City Council Civic Centre, 511 Burwood Highway, Wantirna South, Conference Room 1 at 2.00pm, Thursday 3 March 2016.

Tenders must be submitted on forms supplied and be lodged in the Tender Box at the Civic Centre by 4.00pm Tuesday, 15 March 2016.

Tenders for all contracts must be lodged in the Tender Box on Level 1 at the Civic Centre, 511 Burwood Highway, Wantirna South prior to the closing date in a sealed envelope endorsed with the description of tender and contract number. Facsimile or late submissions will not be considered. Council is not bound to accept the lowest and/or any tender.
