Horsham Fishing Competition Committee 2016 Horsham Fishing Competition. Expression of Interest - Riverbank Clean-Up. The Horsham Fishing Competition is an annual event held on the banks of the Wimmera River in Horsham on the Labour Day Weekend in March.
Due to a shortage of volunteers, the Horsham Fishing Competition Committee is calling for Expressions of Interest from service clubs, sporting groups, schools and other not-for-profit and community organisations for a paid contract to clean up the river bank (both sides of the bank from weir to the start of Riverside) after the event on Monday 14 March 2016.
Successful tenderer will need personnel, vehicles with trailers or truck / ute, gloves, hats, sunscreen, own water and lunch.
