Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Great Ocean Road Coast Committee. Call for Tenders. Darian Road Carpark Development - Contract No. TRF 2016. The Great Ocean Road Coast Committee seeks tenders from suitably qualified and experienced providers for the realignment of an existing carpark and construction of a new layout located at Fishermans Beach in Torquay. Included works are parking areas providing 73 spaces with disabled parking bays, asphalting access roadways, vegetation planting and grass establishment areas.

Applications must be in writing, address the specified selection criteria and provide all information required in the accompanying tender schedules.

Tenders shall be delivered to the Tender Box at the Registered Office of GORCC at 35 Bell Street, Torquay, Victoria, 3228, and must be marked 'Tender for Darian Road Carpark Development Contract TRF 2016'.

All applications will be treated confidentially.

Closing date for tenders: 4:00pm Wednesday 9th March 2016.
