Cootamundra Country Club is seeking a Contract Caterer for our 1000 plus members of a golf/bowling Club, Cootamundra is situated between Sydney and Melbourne only 1 hour off the Hume freeway. The club is next door to the 4 star Heritage Motel, the club also requires catering for functions like weddings, birthdays and a bistro.
We are looking for a qualified chef to run the restaurant/bistro as their own business on a lease basis. Our club seats approximately 300.
