Bloomfest 2026 Expressions of Interest

⁠⁠⁠Warrumbungle Shire Council is now seeking Expressions of Interest (EOIs) for Bloomfest 2026, taking place on Saturday 26 September 2026 in Dalgarno Street, Coonabarabran.

Bloomfest is a vibrant community event celebrating spring in the Warrumbungle region with live music, food, markets, creative experiences and family-friendly entertainment.

Council is currently inviting applications from:

• Musicians and performers
• Food vendors
• Market stall holders
• Community groups
• Workshop and activity providers

Priority will be given to local businesses, organisations and performers from across the Warrumbungle Shire. Participation is free for local stallholders, vendors and performers.

Community members, businesses and organisations interested in being involved are encouraged to complete the online Expression of Interest form.

Submissions close 4:30pm, Friday 3 July 2026

Applicants can expect to be contacted regarding the outcome of their application and further event information by mid-July 2026.

Please note:

Submission of an EOI does not guarantee acceptance into Bloomfest 2026

Council may contact applicants for additional information if required

EOIs may remain open or reopen if additional providers or activities are required
