Contract 464T - Hartington Street, Glenroy - Pedestrian Operated Signals and Associated Civil Works
The works to be performed under this contract shall include the supply of all materials, plant labour and other resources to complete the Contract 464T - Supply and Installation of Pedestrian Operated Signals and Associated Civil Works at Hartington Street, Glenroy as described within this specification and on the Drawing No. M863
Generally the works include but not limited to:
* Traffic Management
* Supply and installation of all Traffic Signal Works as detailed on plans and schedule including:
* Pole Foundations and Rag Bolts
* Pedestals
* LED Lanterns
* Pedestrian Push Button Assembly with Audio Tactile Detector
* LED Pedestrian Lanterns
* Puffin Walk Detector
* Vehicle Detector Loop
* Conduits, Cabling and Pits
* Controller (To be from approved list of either Tyco (Eclipse), Aldridge Traffic Controllers (ATSC4) or Aldridge Traffic Systems (QTC))
* Electrical Distribution Cabinet
* Undertake Civil Works as detailed on plans and schedule including:
* Concrete Pram Ramp
* Concrete Paving
* Kerb Works
* Profiling of Existing Asphalt Road Pavement
* Lay New Asphalt Wearing Course
* Line Marking and RRPM's
* Tree Removal
* Bluestone Retaining Edge Removal
* Remove Existing Signs and Supply and Install New Signs
* Liaise and arrange for VicRoads to undertake the following items:
* Attend and inspect the site during and on completion of the works
* Prepare the Opsheet and Progam Files for the New Controller
* All other works necessary to complete the Traffic Signal and Civil Works as detailed on plan.
