The City of Kingston is seeking tenders from civil / landscape contractors for Urban Plaza landscape works at the front and side of the Kingston City Hall Art Precinct as designed by NEST Architects.

Council has planned a shut-down of the City Hall between 29 March 2016 and 10 May 2016 and ideally would complete the majority of works during this period. There are currently no bookings during the week of May 16 - 20 however Monash Exams run from 23rd May to June 3rd and works cannot occur during this period.

To help ensure that Contractors have enough time to complete the project, Council is offering options in terms of delivery:
* Option 1 - Complete all works between 29th March and 20 May 2016.
* Option 2a - Complete Stage 1 of 2 works between 29th March and 10th May
* Option 2b - Complete Stage 2 of 2 works at a time period to be negotiated with Council (possibly Jan-Feb 2017).

Tenderers are encouraged to develop a workable timeline, and to price both options.
