Tender Description
Undertaking building maintenance works in building 80, including the supply and install of a new ducted air conditioning system, repairing in-ground services, repairing internal and external wall cracking.
The scope of building maintenance works will include the following:
* Repoint and repair external brickwork cracking.
* Excavate and repair of damaged existing in-ground stormwater and sanitary pipework.
* Undertake repair of identified internal cracking and repainting to match existing.
* Supply and install of a new ducted air-conditioning unit to the first floor, including two additional wall mounted head units.
* Remove and dispose of the existing ducted air-conditioning system, including all existing ducted and associated infrastructure.
* Repainting of the existing window frames.
