Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Overview

Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM), on behalf of the Department of Housing and Works (DOHW), is seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake refurbishment works at 52A Assen Street, Karloo WA 6530.

Scope

The scope includes a full property refurbishment, comprising but not limited to:

  • External repairs and upgrades
  • Kitchen, bathroom, laundry and toilet renovations
  • Electrical and plumbing upgrades
  • Replacement of doors, screens, glazing, flooring and internal finishes
  • Internal and external painting
  • Fencing works
  • Installation of new fixtures and fittings
  • Cleaning and site rectification

A non-mandatory site visit and briefing will be held onsite at the premise.
