City of Wanneroo's Aquamotion is located at 21 Civic Drive on Lot 501. This lot is 3.02(H) and includes the Aquamotion facility and the Wanneroo War Memorial and Park. Aquamotion attendance has significantly increased as well as memberships increasing demand on the internal services the facility provides.
Currently, the creche requires to be extended to enable the creche to increase the services that it can provide to its members. The creche area will need to be extended including roofing, flooring and heating/cooling for these spaces. This is to cater to up to 30 children within the space at any one time. With the extension, Aquamotion is projecting the numbers to be as high as 50 kids pending compliance

SCOPE OF WORKS
This tender seeks to appoint a licenced builder to coordinate and provide construction services as documented in the Detailed Design Package.
The project is listed in the 2026/27 Capital Works Program. The existing Wanneroo Aquamotion creche, requires refurbishment and upgrades in terms of renewal, accessibility and building compliance.
