Provision of Municipal Building Surveyor Services 3 Days (24 Hours) Per Week Contract

⁠⁠⁠Buloke Shire Council seeks the services of an appropriately qualified and experienced Building Practitioner. The successful contractor will provide professional expertise as a Municipal Building Surveyor and proactively undertake compliance with regulations of the Building Act. Services under this role will include, without limitation, the issuing of building permits for private and Council sponsored projects and actively carrying out field work and inspections.

The term of this contract will be for an initial three (3) years, with an option to extend for a further two years. This option is at Council’s sole discretion.

Services will be required for three (3) days per week (24 hours). The successful contractor will be based in the Building Department, Municipal Offices, Donald. A Council vehicle will be available to undertake inspections.
