Council is seeking Tenders for the Construction of a new soccer pavilion of approximately 750m2 to accommodate social rooms, office, change rooms, umpires rooms, amenities and general store rooms at IYU Recreation Reserve, Henry Road, Pakenham. Nominal landscaping and carpark works will form part of this Contract.
