Tender Description
Emerge Associates, on behalf of Health Development/The Housing Authority JV, is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified, equipped and experienced landscape contractors to be considered for inclusion in a Register of Tenderers for tender packages associated with the Oyster Harbour subdivision development in the Albany area.
Tender invitations will be offered on a per project basis to all compliant tenders included in the Register who have demonstrated delivery of projects at a budget equal to or above the tendered package value. The Register of Tenders will remain valid for 2 years.
Contractors who can demonstrate compliance with the following criteria are encouraged to apply:
* Proven ability to deliver large public realm projects including public open space, and streetscape landscape and irrigation works.
Submissions must include details of the following:
* An individual landscape construction contract of minimum value $750,000 completed within the last 2 years
* Referees with contract details
* Company Profile and details of relevant experience
* Key staff member details
* Evidence of appropriate insurances
Submissions must be received no later that 2.00pm Friday 5th February 2016 at the offices of Emerge Associates, Unit 6, 119 Bussel Highway, Margaret River WA 6285.
