SCOPE:
The work to be carried out under this section of the Contract comprises the following.
All landscape works including but not limited to:
• Demolition
• Fine Grading
• Irrigation
• Fixed Furniture
• Seating Boulders
• Hot dip galvanised steel edging
• Tree Protection
• Soil preparation
• Planting works
• Soft landscape maintenance period (13 weeks)
• Defects and liability period (52 weeks)

A site visit will be held at Simpson St, Onslow WA on 1 Jul, 2026 10:00 AM.
