Kingston City Council is seeking tenders from experienced Civil Construction Contractors for Davies St and Florence St, Mentone Roundabout and Indented Parking Construction.

The scope of works in this contract includes the following:
* Reconstruction of asphalt road pavement
* Construction of Concrete Roundabout and Traffic Island
* Construction of concrete indented parking bays within nature strip
* Construction of concrete Kerb & Channel
* Construction of storm water drainage and pits
* Remove and replace concrete footpath and vehicle crossings

At this stage it is Council’s intention to award the contract during March 2016.
The contractor must achieve Practical Completion by 31st May 2016.
