Tender Description
The City of Sydney invites Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced organisations for the Bay Street Depot Upgrade at 10-16 Bay Street, Ultimo.
The tenderer will be required to act as Principal Contractor on the Bay Street Depot Upgrade. This upgrade will target the following areas: new site electrical service; refurbish staff amenities; fit-out existing warehouse for use as a combined trades workshop; re-roof a warehouse constructed in 1908; demolish four redundant structures including a 3,200 sqm open garage; make improvements to vehicle movement and parking on the site including a new gate to William Henry Street and re-sheeting asphalt paving; and associated items necessary to complete the works.
Tenderers are required to demonstrate their capacity, financial and technical capability for completing the project within the required timeframe, have had previous experience on similar sized projects and demonstrate a commitment to WHS and environmentally sound principles.
