Tender Description
The current Anglesea Family Caravan Park 21 year Crown land lease expires in December 2017 (in two years’ time).
The Great Ocean Road Coast Committee (GORCC), as land manager for this Crown land caravan park on behalf of the State, is currently conducting a selective tender process for the lease of the park for a term commencing on 2 December 2017 (at the expiration of the current lease).
GORCC conducted a public Expressions of Interest process earlier in 2015 to identify suitable applicants to participate in the selective tender process.
The tender process will close on 23 December 2015. GORCC will consider all submissions received over several months during early 2016.
The process will be conducted in a fair and equitable manner. GORCC is ensuring adherence to State Government policies and guidelines and the process is being overseen by probity consultants Pitcher Partners, who were selected from the Department of Treasury and Finance advisors list.
