This project is to establish the Redgum Child and Family Centre at 44W Embling Avenue South Morang Victoria.
The services generally involve:
* Detailed design and documentation for the Kindergarten development plus all necessary approvals and certifications including, but not necessarily limited to, architectural, landscape, structural, hydraulic, mechanical and electrical designs.
* Provision of supplementary reports to inform the design including, but not necessarily limited to, Part J Compliance Report, Access Report and Transport Report.
