Tender Description
The Tender Contract requires the selected Contractor to undertake alterations and additions relating to access works.
Works will include the following:
* Installation of four access ramps.
* Installation of three lifts including associated works.
* Power provision to lifts and electrical works to accessible toilet.
* Relocate and or cap electrical, comms or security works in vicinity of new lift shafts.
* Redirection of air supply ducts in Metalwork’s room (Block K).
* Relocation of storm water pit and new strip drain to Ramp1.
* Hydraulics works to accessible toilet.
