Tender Description
The works will include provision and installation of:
* New AS 1670.1 fire detection system,
* Fire rated and non-fire rated wiring loops to serve field equipment and fire trip requirements for smoke control equipment,
* Incorporation of a Principal installed AS 7240-2010 Fire Alarm Panel, currently installed as the building’s Fire Fan Control Panel and its refunctioning as the building’s Main Fire Alarm Control Panel,
* Replacement of the existingMain Emergency Control Panel with a new Main Emergency Control Panel,
* Transfer of existing of the sprinkler system flow switch monitoring, balance of fire fan controls functions to the new Main Fire Alarm Control Panel,
* Installation of three System (Graphics) Operating Remote Stations to provide integrated remote control and operation of both the Main Fire Alarm Control Panel and Main Emergency Control Panel functions on the one graphics system,
* Replacement of WIP phones throughout the building,
* Installation of interface field devices as well as certification, testing commissioning and DLP maintenanceof the system.
* The tenderers will need to have proven experience in design, installation and programming of a large (over 2000 detectors) addressable fire detection systems with integrated graphics systems with open protocol programming similar or identical to the Firefinder Plus panel by AMPAC Pty Ltd.
