Tender Description
Moreland City Council is seeking suitably qualified contractors to undertake the construction of the Pascoe Vale Road Streetscape Improvement Works. The works consist of:
The Stage 1 Rectification works which include demolition of paving, raingardens kerbing and re-paving.
Stage 2 works consist of demolition of existing concrete footpath and kerb and channel. New concrete unit paving, pedestrian threshold crossing, raingardens and road re-sheeting.
Service levels are to be provided by the Contractor in accordance with 'Best Value" aimed at achieving an environmentally responsible, safe and cost effective outcome for Council.
