Tender Description
The Surf Coast Shire Council invites tender from suitably qualified civil works contractors with experience in waste projects, particularly landfill rehabilitation and construction, to construct a new capping layer over Cells 1 and 2 (Stage 3 Rehabilitation Cap) and a new cell liner (Cell 3 Stage C Liner) in accordance with the attached specifications and drawings.
Details of the project and the scope of works are set out in the tender documentation. Council requires completion of both components by 30 June 2017.

Tenders must be completely uploaded into the electronic tender box by the closing time. Tenderers will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion.
Tenders not complying with the requirements - for example, tenders submitted by Facsimile or email, will not be accepted.
It is the Tenderer's responsibility to ensure that correct lodgement occurs. Submissions not conforming to these conditions may not be accepted, in the absolute discretion of Council.
