Hadar Homes are seeking Expressions of Interest from suitable experienced contractors for the demolition and removal from site in Lavington NSW of:
A group of 5 single storey buildings and connecting covered walkways totalling approximately 1800m2. These buildings are of brick veneer construction with tiled roof cladding and a mix of concrete and suspended timber floors.
2 single storey buildings totalling approximately 300m2. These buildings are timber framed, clad in light weight material with suspended timber flooring and metal roof cladding.
An in ground concrete pool approximately 60m2.
