Tender Description
This contract is for the provision of Engineering Design, Architectural Design and Landscape Architectural Services for the Functional and Detailed Design of the Maude Street (Vaughan Street Precinct) from High Street to Ashenden Street, Shepparton.
In general terms the contract works will include the following items:
* Review of the existing Council approved concept plan documentation and Council provided data.
* Preparation of existing services plans detailing all existing services within the vicinity of the proposed works, confirmed on site by the consultant with relevant service authority representatives.
* Preparation of Functional Design of the Maude Street Upgrade.
* Preparation of Detailed Design of the Maude Street Upgrade.
* Preparation of “Issued-for-Construction” drawings.
* Preparation of Construction Tender Schedules, Specifications, Tender Estimates and Delivery Schedules for the various elements of the Precinct.
