JLL Corporate Solutions has been appointed by a Commonwealth Department to act as their strategic advisor and transaction representative. The Department is seeking a new office facility in Sydney.
Requirement:
Property: Commercial Office
Location: 30 km radius from Sydney Airport
Requirements:
* 4,500 sqm – 5,500 sqm commercial office accommodation
* Goods receiving / loading dock area
* Free standing and multi-tenanted buildings considered
* Close proximity to public transport
* Parking (min. 70 spaces)
* Lease commencement Q4 2017 / Q1 2018, however earlier lease commencement may be considered
* Minimum ten (10) year lease term with multiple options
* Purpose built and existing options will be considered
* Direct lease preferred, however, sublease or assignment will be considered
* Options must comply with DDA & BCA requirements
* Premises must comply with Government Standards (Inc. sustainability & NABERS ratings).
