Government Property NSW - Requirement for Lease of New Purpose Built Facility in Western Sydney
Expressions of Interest (‘EOI’) is sought from appropriately experienced and capable Proponents to develop, design, build and own a new purpose built facility, to be leased by the Lessee on an exclusive basis, upon land to be nominated by the Proponent within a defined area of Western Sydney.
Proposals must accommodate Stage 1 and Stage 2 of the Lessee’s requirement summarised as follows:
* Stage One requires approximately 2.5 hectares of land and delivery of approximately 4,250sqm NLA commercial office space, 3,000sqm of hardstand area, and parking for 125 vehicles and 10 heavy vehicles
* Stage Two requires approximately 3.5 hectares of land to be held for lease at the option of the Lessee
* Stage One is required to be completed and ready for occupation (including fit-out) by 15 December 2017.
