Tenders are invited from suitably qualified and experienced consultants for Wesley Hill Recreation Reserve Redevelopment - Stage One (Design)
It is Council’s vision to build a junior sporting hub at the Wesley Hill Recreation Reserve that will be comprised of change rooms, amenities and social space for cricket, football, athletics, cycling, netball and associated car parking and external supporting works.
Council has resolved to adopt a staged approach to the above vision. The stages are broadly comprised of:
Stage 1: Netball pavilion, ground works, court lighting, internal roadways and pathways;
Stage 2: Extension of the netball pavilion into a multi-purpose pavilion and further internal roadways and pathways; and
Stage 3: Cricket pavilion, car parking and roadways, playground and barbeque facilities, walking/running tracks and landscaping.
