Parks Victoria is seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified organisations specialising in the provision of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to undertake a business reform program which enables Parks Victoria to take a client centred view. The solution must support:
* Core Sales, Service and Marketing capabilities ‘out of the box’
* Extensible model to develop bespoke workflows and applications
* Native desktop and mobile access
* Portal and mobile development capabilities
* Open Web Services architecture
* Microsoft Office integration
* Microsoft Sharepoint integration (document storage)
* Oracle E-Business Suite integration (financials)
* Payment gateway integration
* Electronic signature integration
* Batch capabilities including ETL (augmented) integrations
* Extensive marketplace of third party add-ins
* Strong governance of development, test and production environments
* Cloud vendors must have Australian-based data centers
The CRM will form the basis of a broad program of work to replace key processes and systems, and as such needs to tightly integrate with Parks Victoria’s existing technology investments, Microsoft desktop stack and Oracle financials.

Respondents are to lodge their EOI responses marked CONFIDENTIAL, EOI 42285 - Expression of Interest for the provision of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, by 2.00pm Wednesday 18th November 2015 in the Tender Box located at Parks Victoria, Level 10, 535 Bourke St, Melbourne Vic 3000.
After evaluation, a shortlist of potential service providers will be asked to respond to a detailed Request for Tender.
