The Investing in Women Initiative in South-East Asia is a long term approach to improving women’s economic participation, building markets for women, and influencing the private and public sector environment to promote women’s economic empowerment.
This program will work with businesses to improve their approach to employing women, work with impact investors to increase investment in women SMEs, support other DFAT programs to improve their gender impact, and to advocate regionally for the economic empowerment of women.
It is innovative in approach and implementation, actively seeking new and flexible ways of working, new partnerships with the private sector, with impact investors, and new approaches to promoting gender equality in development.
The Contractor will provide personnel (technical and operational), resources and management services to undertake all relevant planning, coordination, liaison, and consultation, and administration services, management systems and equipment necessary for effective implementation of the Contract.
