Willoughby City Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to develop and deliver artistic content for the 2016 Vivid Sydney in Chatswood.
Tender documents which contain essential information and submission schedules may be downloaded (see option below) free of charge. A mandatory pre-tender meeting will be held on Thursday 29 October 2015 and tenderers must register to attend by Wednesday 28 October.
Tenders are to be submitted online (see option below) OR within a sealed envelope endorsed:
"The General Manager
Tender for the Tender No 094615 Vivid Sydney in Chatswood 2016" And shall be placed in the Tender Box located on Level 4, 31 Victor Street, Chatswood so as to be received in full prior to 11am on Wednesday 11 November 2015. Tenders received after the closing time will not be considered.
