Tender Description
Council is seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified Builders for the redevelopment of the Re-Sale Centre within the City of Melton’s Waste Transfer Station. In partnership with key stakeholders, the City of Melton intends to increase the recycled components of materials delivered to the Transfer Station by the public.
Description of Works – To redevelop the Re-Sale Centre, comprising of demolition of some of the existing building and building of an extension to cater for increased through-put of recycled goods.
Improve the traffic management of the facility with new surfaced designated parking areas.
