Tender Description
The City of Sydney invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced organisations for the 62-76 Oxford Street (also known as 9-21 Foley Street), Darlinghurst Retail Shopfronts and Base Building BCA Internal Refurbishment. Work involves Design & Construct services to the existing and proposed new retail premises shop front and interiors and services risers, and renewal of its essential services to building regulatory and Australian Standards enabling fit for purpose retail space ready for leasing.
Tenderers are required to demonstrate their capacity, financial and technical capability for completing the project within the required timeframe, have had previous experience on similar sized projects and demonstrate a commitment to WHS and environmentally sound principles.
