Works under the Contract include:
* All preliminary construction activities including but not limited to temporary site entrance, boundary hoarding and site accommodation including any reinstatement Works upon completion of the project.
* Structural and civil engineering Works and services;
* Supply and delivery of all mechanical Works and services;
* Supply and delivery of all electrical Works and services;
* Supply and delivery of all hydraulic Works and services;
* Supply and delivery of all landscape Works and services; and,
* All other associated Works and services for the successful delivery of this project.
