Tender Description
Willoughby City Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to design and carry out refurbishment works to several sportsground buildings throughout the Local Government Area.
The works in this contract include the provision of all design services, materials, labour, transport, tools, plant, and everything else necessary for the works to be completed as specified within the tender documentation.

A mandatory pre-tender meeting will be held on Tuesday 13th October 2015, commencing at Artarmon Reserve, Burra Rd Artarmon, at 7:30am. The meeting will then move to other buildings as detailed in the tender documentation, concluding at 11:45am at Rotary Athletic Field, Lane Cove West.
All prospective Tenderers are required to attend the pre-tender meeting. A tender submitted by any Tenderer who has not attended the pre-tender meeting cannot be considered.
Tenders are to be submitted online at: www.tenderlink.com/nsroc OR within a sealed envelope endorsed:

Tender number 094613" and shall be placed in the Tender Box located on Level 4, 31 Victor Street, Chatswood so as to be received in full prior to 11:00am, Wednesday 28 October 2015. Tenders received after the closing time will not be considered.
