The City of Greater Geelong invites tenders closing 2.00pm Wednesday 28 October 2015, from experienced contractors to undertake building works associated with the renovations to the existing Grovedale Tennis Club Pavilion located in Burdoo Reserve off Wingarra Drive, Grovedale. Melway Map 465 Ref E9 Edition 37.
The works the refurbishment and extension of the existing Tennis Club Pavilion building, including fencing and paving with all internal and external finishes completed, including earth works about the building, refer specifications, drawings and associated documentation available with this tender to download.
Please be advised that Council will conduct a mandatory site inspection at 4:00pm Tuesday 13 October 2015. Prospective tenderers must attend this site inspection. Failure of a tenderer to attend will result in their tender being excluded as a non-conforming tender (refer tender condition 3.4). Tenderers are not required to pre-register your intention to attend. Attendance details need to be registered on site on the day of the mandatory site inspection at the date and time mentioned above.
