Tender Description
Council is seeking proposals from suitably qualified and experienced companies to look for solutions by trialling materials and methods to overcome the soft sand barrier at Pambula Beach.

LODGEMENT: Completed responses can be submitted via the electronic tender box (preferred) using the attached returnable forms. Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion. Should assistance be required please use the online manual on the portal under Support/Online Manuals/Making a Submission or contact (see option below). Submissions can also be placed in a sealed envelope and endorsed with the quotation title, number, and closing date, and placed in the Tender Box located in Main Foyer, Council Chambers, Zingel Place, Bega, NSW 2550, by the nominated time and date.
CLOSING DATE AND TIME: Proposals close at 12:00pm AEST on Wednesday 21 October 2015 and submissions must be fully received by this time. Council is not bound to accept the lowest priced proposal or all or any part of a proposal and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Proposal process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit.
