Tender Description
This project consists of Renovations and Alterations to Building Yellow 1, Level 3, Western Wing of the Building on the Charles Darwin University Casuarina Campus.
The Scope of Works are to be carried out in three (3) Stages:
* Stage 1
Comprises of Area 1 with works to Room No's 3.01 to 3.06, 3.10 to 3.15 and Corridor 3.C01 as indicated on the mke Architects drawings (MA1415-A102, A105, A108, A111, A114, A117, A120 & A501). Works include demolition of existing stud framed walls to offices, removal of carpet, making good to disturbed surfaces, patching and painting of existing walls, ceiling reconfiguration as required and installation of new carpet tiles.
* Stage 2
Comprises of Area 2 with works to Room No's 3.18 to 3.26, Corridors 3.C02 & 3.C04, and Lobby Area 3.C03 as indicated on the mke Architects drawings (MA1415-A103, A106, A109, A112, A115, A118, A121, A501, A608, A615, A701, A702 & A706). Works include demolition of existing stud framed walls to offices, removal of carpet, making good to disturbed surfaces, patching and painting of existing walls, ceiling reconfiguration as required, installation of new flushset ceilings and installation of new carpet tiles.
* Stage 3
Comprises of Area 3 with works to Room No's 3.27 to 3.29, 3.31 to 3.34 including 3.33a and Corridor 3.C05 as indicated on the mke Architects drawings (MA1415-A104, A107, A110, A113, A116, A119, A122, A501, A612, A613, A614, A703, A704 & A705). Works include demolition of existing stud framed walls to offices, removal of carpet, removal of ceramic tiles, making good to disturbed surfaces, patching and painting of existing walls, ceiling reconfiguration as required, installation of new flushset ceilings, installation of new carpet tiles and installation of new sheet vinyl flooring.
