The Department of Logistics and Infrastructure (NT) is seeking a contractor to carry out site demolition and associated works at 10 Iliffe Street, Woolner, Darwin.

Scope

The scope includes:

  • Demolition of all existing buildings completely to slab level from the site
  • Demolition of the main warehouse/office
  • Demolition of the office building
  • Demolition of the steel shed
  • Demolition of the flammable goods storage
  • Demolition of the refuelling station
  • Demolition of the 2 fuel tanks
  • Demolition of the wash area
  • Demolition of the containers
