Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Overview

The Department of Logistics and Infrastructure (NT) is seeking a contractor to refurbish and deliver additional workspace within the existing Peter McAulay Centre (PMC) foyer in Darwin, to increase the operational capacity of the Joint Emergency Service Communication Centre (JESCC) unit.

Scope

The scope includes:

  • Refurbishment of the existing Peter McAulay Centre foyer to create additional workspace for the JESCC unit
  • Delivery of new workspace split over two levels, accommodating additional workstations in an open plan office area environment
  • Provision of all certification, labour, materials, supply, and installation requirements necessary to complete the works
