Tender Description
This invitation relates to the provision of an eDRMS at the MCC. The MCC is looking to implement a system (including mobile functionality) which will be both a central repository for important business documents and active/working information used by multiple departments, and an effective information management tool, for documents including (but not limited to): (a) Documents which contribute to, or record important business decisions (e.g. Committee papers and minutes); (b) Important documents for future reference (e.g. contracts, project reports, policies & procedures); and (c) Images, CADs, etc.
In addition to the provision and implementation of the eDRMS, the successful respondent will also be required to partner with the MCC on any configuration required, the delivery of user training to the MCC staff, and to provide ongoing support.
