Council wishes to replace its existing applications with one integrated application that will provide high quality, efficient and effective integrated applications that support business processes and enhance the strategic decision making capability of Council.
The overall project objective is to obtain a Business Management System that will deliver an effective and efficient financial and operational management solution covering the key range of functions undertaken by Local Government within Victoria and those additional functions for which value for money can be demonstrated, that will meet the organisations’ immediate needs and be flexible enough to meet the future demands of the organisation.
