Edith Cowan University (ECU) is seeking information and estimated pricing from prospective suppliers to implement an end-to-end integrated travel management solution for the University. The scope of this Request for Information (RFI) is broader than just the provision of travel management agency services. The University is seeking information in relation to its complete travel and travel related requirements from both a technology and process perspective. Suppliers should not be constrained by the current service delivery model, the intention is to redefine process in order to introduce efficiencies to the University.
Based on evaluation of the Responses to the RFI, ECU may potentially undertake a Request for Proposal/Tender with shortlisted suppliers/contractors.
