Tender Description
The objective of this tender is to enter into a period contract for the provision of scheduled, cyclic, and reactive grounds maintenance and repairs across Ausgrid's entire network.
The services are to be provided for Four (4) years with an option to extend the contract for an additional two (2) years.
The Ausgrid supply area covers the Sydney Metropolitan Region and the Local Government Areas of Gosford, Wyong, Merriwa, Scone, Muswellbrook, Singleton, Maitland, Port Stephens, Cessnock, Lake Macquarie and Newcastle.
The work sites have been divided into three separable portions by location. The scope of works will be tendered as Separable Portion 1 - Sydney South, Separable Portion 2 - Sydney Central, and Separable Portion 3 - Newcastle, Hunter, Upper Hunter and Central Coast. Tenderers can bid for one or more of the separable portions but where they are submitting for each portion they must be able to provide all services within that entire portion.
